I've Been Playing Games Forever But I Still Suck (Or IBPGFBISS) for short, is a mock gaming clan started by Nomad. The idea, however, was started on The Wastes forums, a community for a Half-Life modification, by a member known as "Josey Wales" (Yes, like the classic Eastwood flick) as a pun on the creator of that mod's own "clan" called ISAMOG (I Suck At My Own Game).
For the sake of fitting the acronym into games which tend to limit the characters of clan names, it is often shortened to aBISS. IBPGFBISS realistically could be considered defunct, but it is possible it could be used in the future as a trolling clan.

History
IBPGFBISS started on The Wastes forums by a member known as "Josey Wales," but was only intended as a joke. However Nomad decided that the name could be put to good use elsewhere and brought the idea to the attention to the denizens of The Abyss and then everything went downhill from there.
In March, 2009, it was decided to retire the IBPGFBISS as an actual clan, and henceforth be used mainly for trolling.
Since the acronym was so long and most games would never support such a long clan prefix, it was shortened to simply "aBISS" to reference the "But I Still Suck" part, as well as a pun on the word "abyss". Any bracket variation of the prefix is acceptable.
Joining
It is necessary to be a part of The Abyss to be a part of the clan, although joining The Abyss does not necessarily guarantee "membership".
